DocuSign in Citrix XenApp or Remote Desktop

Trying to use DocuSign in a Citrix XenApp and/or Remote Desktop  environment?  Make sure you use the older client, although labeled version 10.X, the older version just works.  It uses the correct InstallShield setting that Citrix folks expect, “Install for All users of this computer”, the 2.X newer version for some reason dropped this InstallShield option and will not work, only for the Admin whom set it up.  We have informed DocuSign about this and time will tell if this will be addressed.
